Update 2023-08-24:    The outage affecting UVM's authentication service, Duo, has been resolved. The service provider, Duo.com, determined that a significant spike in usage overloaded their systems' capacity. Update 2023-08-21 1:55 PM:  Service from Duo.com is coming back online. We will continue to monitor the situation with the vendor and update here as needed.
